Choosing The Right Nicotine Strength

The strength of nicotine in your vape e liquid is important, if you're making the switch from smoking to vaping. The amount of nicotine you get from a traditional cigarette is higher than what you would get from vaping. The strength on the bottle or device indicates how much nicotine you get per 1ml of liquid.

  • If you're a heavy smoker (over a pack a day) we'd say to start one high nicotine level, 50 mg (5%). It is the highest strength we stock.
  • If you're more of a half a pack a day kind of person, go for the range between 18 mg (1.8%) to 35 mg 3.5%). This is also recommended for light smokers.
